How much do you charge ?
My hourly fee for 1 to 1 online tuition is given below:
The fee covers not only the hour of teaching by a fully qualified and experienced, reliable and friendly teacher (me, of course) but also:-
any support needed between lessons;
pre-lesson preparation time;
providing personalised lesson notes at the end of each lesson;
setting homework or past exam paper;
marking homework or past exam paper;
providing online expert support between lessons;
providing feedback to students and parents.
So, when you consider the FULL PACKAGE, you will see that each lesson means you get at least 2 hours of a specialist teacher's time and the benefit of my years of work and experience as a teacher and online tutor. I hope you will agree that the lesson fee is actually very good value for money and an investment for the present and future benefit of the young person and for the family.
The fees below are based on buying a "block of 4 lessons"; a one-off lesson would be £10 more expensive).
A group of 2 would be 25% OFF.
Preliminary Zoom meeting = £30 (refundable)
Per hour:
KS2 = £40 p.h.
KS3 = £50 p.h.
GCSE, IGCSE. = £50 p.h.
A-Level = £60 p.h.
A group of 2 (with similar tuition needs) would be 25% OFF.
